Delve into the tastes and culture of one of Toronto's most flavourful neighbourhoods.  Discover the aromas and sample fabulous Indian delicacies as you learn about traditions and customs while strolling through one of the largest and oldest South Asian markets in North America.  From dosa's to desserts....we will take your taste buds on a culinary adventure that runs the gamut from Indian Street Foods such as Grilled Corn & Sugar Cane....to Samosas, Kebabs, authentic Tandoor cooked Naan Bread and THE absolute best Butter Chicken in Toronto...to name but a few.  A sneak peak into one of the kitchens for a culinary demonstration, spice shopping, a visit to an authentic Indian kitchen store and a sprinking of Toronto history and local stories, round out an evening that will surely make you feel like you have taken a journey to India without ever leaving the city.

We give you a behind the scenes look at the restaurant biz as our Chef shares with you his favourite spots, some culinary secrets and introduces you to his culinary peers. No menus, no wine lists... just leave your tastebuds in the hands of some of the cities finest Chef's & mixologists. (View the vblog by 'Eye on the Vibe' of their experience on this tour.) Our journey begins at a secret pre-prohibition private club for cocktails and appetizers before moving on to a hidden gem of a restaurant where we feast on molecular gastronomy before ending our evening at one of Toronto's top 10 new restaurants.
