Mushroom Hike (May 29, 2011)
We took about 15 people on a forage in the middle of Toronto. The morels were abundant that day! Everyone found some mushrooms and ended the morning with a fantastic gourmet bbq!

Seafood in the Sky…Pop Up Dining Adventure (July 28, 2011)
We hosted a ‘pop up dining adventure’ on a downtown condo rooftop. Chef made 7 fabulous seafood courses, featuring freshly caught Bay of Fundy Lobster…it was a perfect evening!
