GROUP SIZE | No group is too big, no group is too small.  Over the last 8-years, we’ve run our award-winning Food Tours and Culinary Adventures for groups of 10 to 400+.  Let’s chat and work it out!

TOUR DATEThe date of your Culinary Adventure Co. Food Tour or Adventure is YOUR CHOICE, but be mindful that the date is subject to our partners’ availability and not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.   Please note: Friday + Saturday evenings are often very busy for our partners, so advance notice or additional costs may be required.

TOUR TIME | The start time of your Culinary Adventure Co. Food Tour or Adventure is YOUR CHOICE, but be mindful of our partners’ availability. Friday + Saturday prime dinner service is very busy for our partners, so advance notice or additional costs may be required. Each of the experiences offered are approx. 3-3.5 hours.

COSTS + PRICE PER PERSON | Prices per person for Daytime Food Tours are listed on our website, and range from $69 -99. Evening Dinner experiences begin at $119 per person, and  are listed on our Culinary Adventures + Experiences Menu. Additional charges apply for groups larger than 25, additional food or drink, unique activities and/or group transportation (if required).

  • Culinary Adventure Co. private + group tours and experiences are sold as a flat fee, inclusive of:
  • $50 private tour set-up fee
  • $8 ticketing fee
  • 13% HST (tax)
  • 18% Gratuity 
  • No refunds given for guest no shows.

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT | 50% non-refundable deposit (by credit card) is required to hold a specific date, time slot and Culinary Guide(s).  The remaining balance (non-refundable) is due 10-days prior to the experience.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS + FOOD ALLERGIES | Culinary Adventure Co. experiences have been designed to highlight the BEST and most SIGNATURE items from each of our vendors, shops and restaurants. Our partners showcase what they LOVE – their STORY – and ultimately the most delicious food + drink they want to share with our guests.

While we can accommodate severe food allergies (i.e. nuts, shellfish), Vegetarians and those who do not drink Alcohol, substitutions for any other dietary concerns such as Gluten-Free, Celiac, Dairy-Free or Vegan, may require additional costs.
