We serve up three (3) options for PRIVATE + GROUP bookings.
DAYTIME • FOOD TOURS
Each of our award-winning public foods tours can be enjoyed as private daytime fun … you just pick the tour, the time and the date. We’ll do the rest.
$89 - 129 per Guest (plus tax + gratuity)
Approx. 3 hours / Daytime Food Tours must start no later than 3PM
EVENING • DINNER TOURS
We’ve crafted a menu of dinner tours designed as a progressive-meal as you explore the city’s vibe at night. Reach out and we can provide our current options.
$129 - 149 per Guest (plus tax + gratuity)
Approx. 3 hours / Evening Food Tours must start no later than 6PM

Whether you group want to soak up the experience, on our Escape the City™: Canoe Paddle + Dinning Adventure or let us craft a VIP premium custom experience, your adventure will be unforgettable.

PRICING CONSIDERATIONS
Our pricing is very straight forward.
- $75 Private Tour Set-up Fee
- Per Guest Rate (see above options, tour pages for pricing)
- 18% Private Tour Gratuity
- 13% HST
- That's it.
FAQs | PRIVATE + GROUP BOOKINGS
No group is too big, no group is too small. Over the last 12+ years, we’ve run our award-winning food tours and culinary adventures for groups from 6 to 600+. Let’s chat and work it out!
The date of your private food tour or adventure is YOUR CHOICE, they do not have to align with our pupblic schedule, but be mindful that the date is subject to our partners’ availability and not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
Please note: Friday and Saturday evenings are often very busy for our partners, so advance notice or additional costs may be required.

DAYTIME • FOOD TOURS must begin no later than 3PM, as many of our vendors and local neighbourhoods start to close-up around 5/6PM.
EVENING • FOOD TOURS may start between 4:00PM - 6:00PM based on the Dinner Tour selection.
DAYTIME • FOOD TOURS are listed on our website, and range from $79 - 99 per Guest. (plus tax + gratuity)
EVENING • DINNER TOURS are listed on our Private Experience Menu, and range from $129 - 149 per Guest. (plus tax + gratuity)
Additional charges apply for groups larger than 25, additional food or drink, unique activities and/or group transportation (if required).
Culinary Adventure Co. PRIVATE + GROUP experiences are sold as a flat fee, inclusive of: $75 Private Set-up Fee 13% HST (tax) and 18% Gratuity.
50% Deposit (by credit card) is required to hold your specific date, time slot and your Culinary Guide(s).
50% Balance (Non-Refundable) is due one-week (7 days) prior to your experience.

Since 2011, Culinary Adventure Co. experiences have been crafted to celebrate the best and most signature items from each of our vendors, shops and restaurants.
It's their dishes, their bites, and their stories that make the difference.
Those celebrated dishes and bites may include allergens or dietary restrictions, BUT we offer so much variety and choice on our Food Tours that should you miss a bite, or have a dish / flavour swapped out to accommodate - you or those guests effected will always leave full and satisfied.
